Realization
of own potentialities for self-fulfillment, continued self development,
for becoming creative in the broadest sense of the term. Self
awareness is the explicit understanding that one exists. Furthermore,
it includes the concept that one exists as an individual, separate
from other people, with private thoughts. Self awareness includes
three main parameters imaginations, spirits and actions.
Relationship
can be managed by sharing the spirit of cooperation and friendliness.
Favoritism can build the hindrance in relationship management.
Relationships cannot be allowed to get static; to work well
they must continually develop and grow. A good working relationship
is a dynamic one. Think of the relationships that may happen
in a day: you may deal with superiors, subordinates, business
partners, clients, customers and suppliers. You have to give
them more than you're given responsibilities and objectives.
To manage
difficult emotions effectively as anger, depression and anxiety
as well as low self esteem. Mood management states that, to
the extent possible, individuals tend to arrange their environment
so that good mood (commonly pleasure) is maximized or maintained,
and bad mood (commonly pain) is diminished or alleviated. People
actively attempt to create and maintain positive moods and to
escape from negative moods by engaging in various activities.
Self inducement/stimulation
to act in a manner which fulfils the objectives of the organization. Unsatisfied
wants motivate individual to seek goals to satisfy them. Self motivation
tasks are designed to provide participants with techniques and methods
of achieving more in the time available. The approach that will be used
will involve self awareness, practical exercises and practice. You'll
also learn how to change your self-talk into self-motivation and apply
strategies for altering negative self-talk in these tasks.
Empathy is having the ability to feel compassion for another
person's misfortune because you can truly see the situation
from their point-of-view to understand how they feel by relating
to them and their situation. This is usually from having a similar
experience yourself, or knowing someone who has.
