Ethics
is a term used to refer to rules or principles that define right
or wrong conduct. Ethics is about social responsibility whereas
business is about making money. Effective persons make the harmonious
coexistence of ethics and business possible. An organization’s
structure plays a vital role in how ethically a person behaves.
The absence of well-structured policies and clear guidelines
breeds unethical behavior in an organization. Organization should
also take care, not pressure the workers too much to achieve
results, because under pressure, the workers may compromise
on ethical standards.
Professional means
that you are following a body of principles, techniques, skills and specialized
knowledge. A professional person also possessed a conceptual thinking.
A professional person always thinks of the optimized use of resources
to get maximum profit. A professional person has a specialization in a
particular aspect of the organization. He/She has the ability to analyze
the situations, problems, solution for the problems, and proper implementation
of the resources available to him/her.
Showing
interest in regarding to organizational policies motives and
performs accordingly. Service-oriented management is the operational
management of service delivery within a service-oriented architecture.
The primary objective of service-oriented management is to provide
a differentiated service delivery capability during operation,
using business objectives to drive system behavior.

within means, keeping balanced budgets and putting resources
towards the right priorities. A fiscally responsible person
will be responsible for the fiscal integrity of the organization.
This role will provide leadership, oversight and management
philosophy to ensure that all funds are spent and managed according
to the goals, objectives and mission of the organization and
in accordance with policies. The duties and responsibilities
of the Fiscal Officer include providing daily oversight on how
the funds are spent and managed.
Organized
means purposeful, interdisciplinary, empirical, decision oriented
and adaptive. A systematic approach should be follow towards
the achievement of goals and objectives.
Organized people always follow a rational thinking in every
task of the organization and they also organized the time according
to the requirement. An organized person knows the importance
of time, money, respect of others and self respect.
Communication
means sharing of ideas and views, which results in better output.
Communication is essential for the internal functioning of the
organization. Internal communication helps to increase job satisfaction,
safety, productivity and profits and decrease absenteeism and
employee turnover. The obstacles to the effective communication
are distrust, fear, resistance to change, interference and distraction,
departmental barriers and organizational distance.
To be collaborative
means working together keeping in view the interest of each other. Mutual
satisfaction and understanding is the foundation for collaboration. The
needs of the both parties are required to be met for collaboration. The
availability of resources in one organization may be useful to other one.
For this reason they collaborate and jointly help each other to achieve
their goals.
To perform
the task keeping in view the upcoming tasks related to it. The
success of one task is a motivator for the next one related
to it. In this manner a progress can be accelerated towards
the achievement of goals. For a person to be progressive, he/she
should possess the perfect knowledge of the task, of various
